The Album : A Sense of …. Perspective This album takes the listener on an intriguing lyrical and musical journey, beginning and ending with two quite diverse and eclectic instrumental tracks. The songs inbetween vary greatly in style and subject matter – sometimes the music inspires the lyrics, sometimes the reverse is true. Although it is very difficult to put The Real Stingrays into any one particular genre or style (i.e. funk, reggae or soul) this lack of  definitive categorisation allows them complete freedom to “go with the flow” and stamp their own identity and  personality without restriction. The astute observational lyrics and effortless playing ability of the band produces a truly energetic and thought  provoking album. Now put on those headphones and enjoy the ride!
